This page is a little bit of background for those that don’t know me, or some revision for those that do.

My name is George Mills, I work for Arts Alliance, an early stage venture capital company based in London. Prior to working at Arts Alliance, I was a co-founder at Fibixio. We made a mobile commerce platform, as well as some apps for clients. It was pretty fun, and pretty challenging at the same time. If you’d like to know more, have a look at my Linkedin profile. 1. Hi, George. Great post about sales incentives and good questions to be asking. Just a point of clarification. People like Norm and Jack Stack do offer financial incentives in the form of a company-wide bonus program, based on the success of the business as a whole. The idea is to make sure the sales people are part of the whole team. If financial incentives reinforce that identity, they’re fine. Keep up the good work.

BTW, do you know about the new Small Giants Community being formed? You might be interested: http://www.smallgiants.org
